Sunderland III W4024:RB-G AUS132 W/C Geoffrey Clarke HARTNELL RAAF (later AVM) AUS415398 F/O Richard Edwin CARGEEG RAAF AUS404826 F/O Dundas Corbett GORE RAAF During Percussion Anti-submarine Patrol instructed to proceed to position 4520N 1015W. Ninety minutes later, in position 4455N 1103W, crew sighted one dim and four bright lights on water in form of a rough "Y".
