Re: 1943 Unaccounted Airmen Database Reconciliation Next ten R.A.A.F. casualties: Corporal Maurice James [URL="http://www.rafcommands.com/database/wardead/details.php?qnum=71058"]EVANS[/URL] (25911) - his digitised Form A9301 reports that he died in 2/9th Australian General Hospital due to injuries sustained in a motor accident when the vehicle in which he was travelling rolled down an embankment after the embankment had collapsed. The accident occurred at 13.30 hours on June 6th 1943, and he died at 02.45 on June 7th. and Corporal Albert Barnicot [URL="http://www.rafcommands.com/database/wardead/details.php?qnum=108888"]SCHWEITZER[/URL] (43170) - his digitised Form A705 records that he died as result of the same accident. He also died in 2/9th Australian General Hospital at 17.10 on ....Read More.
